Fritz Henderson says GM may be liquidated July 10 if it is not allowed to sell its assets to a holding company ("The New GM").

Meanwhile, cross-town rival Ford has decided to increase production based on recent strong sales. 

Both firms have suspended production in Russia on sagging demand.

Word on the street is that the Novi location of Fifth Avenue Billiards closed, followed shortly by the flag-ship Royal Oak location.

We've also heard that Morton's of Chicago has closed its Southfield location and reduced staff at the Troy location on Big Beaver by 50%.
