Mooney’s Sports Bar and Grill Banquet and General Banquet Rules and Policies

* Mooney’s Reserves the right to control and inspect all private functions. No food or beverage brought into Mooney’s from outside sources.

* All food and beverages are provided by Mooney's with the exception of cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and candy which must be approved by Mooney's Management.

* Host of the event must obtain Management approval for any decorations. No confetti, bubbles or pinatas. Host will set up time to decorate at Management's availability.
* Room Rental Fee: $75 up to 25 guests. $100 up to 45 guests. $150 over 45 guests.

* Room fee deposit is required to reserve any date. Deposits are non-refundable.

* 8.75% sales tax and 20% gratuity added to final bill.

* Guarantee count is required at least 72 hours prior to event date.

* If final attendance is less than guaranteed count, you will be charged for guaranteed count.

* Payment in full is due day of the event. No Exceptions.

* Must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol. Proper ID required.

* Bar packages do not include serving of alcohol shots.

* Mooney's is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced shots.

Mooney’s Sports Bar & Grill is not responsible for any food packaged for “Take Home”. Once food is removed from the premise, Mooney’s waves all responsibility and liability for proper containment, temperature, illness or allergic reaction.
